A Sheffield, family run car dealership is celebrating after coming top of a customer experience survey in the UK.
Eric Stead, based in Ecclesfield has topped the official Hyundai Customer Experience Survey for the manufacturer’s dealers after their customers gave them a 100% recommendation rating.
The rolling three month survey, scores dealerships on their customer’s journey through the aftersales process which includes considering facilities, friendliness and competence of staff, convenience and quality of service, value for money, follow up and future works required.
Almost 200 official Hyundai dealerships across the country were rated this time around and Eric Stead were given scores between 97% – 100% in all ranked areas.

“We are proud to continually be up in the top three dealerships and over the moon that our efforts have been recognised in the latest survey results.
